Short-Term Accommodation (Respite)
At My Mates Place, we provide welcoming, personalised short-term accommodation for anything from one night to a weekend, a weekday stay or an extended break of up to two weeks.
Participants receive 24-hour support in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. Where appropriate, we can match participants with compatible housemates, helping build genuine friendships while making shared supports more affordable.
Each stay is shaped around the participant’s interests, needs and goals. We enjoy community outings, recreational activities, shared meals and time at the Hang Pad—all while developing independence, confidence, social connections and everyday living skills.
Meals, agreed activities and support are included in line with the participant’s service agreement and applicable NDIS Short-Term Accommodation guidelines.
